We offer full FBA prep services for UK Amazon resellers. We specialize in doing everything “hands on” for Online Arbitrage and Wholesale sellers including receiving, inspecting, prepping and sending shipments to Amazon. Basically, we do all the “physical” work for you.

Whilst we aim to have all your stock prepped and ready to send within 72 hours we are happy to store this for longer if needed. It may be that you are waiting on another delivery, or you want to send a larger quantity of goods.

We always try to optimise how much we put in a box so will work with you to be sure you are happy with what we are sending and how often.

We will always try to reuse double walled boxes in good condition that your orders arrive in, but we cannot store and use your new boxes that you send in. If we have to use a new box we will charge you our per box fee.

We do a bit of Jenga with your products in the boxes to fit as many as possible in whilst sending in the most cost effective box size for you. This could be a few products all the way up to hundreds but we will always try to make sure it’s an optimal shipment size for you.

Simple bundles, up to 3 units, are included within the standard per unit price. Additional units are charged at £0.10 each - if you have a more complex bundle please reach out to us for a personalised quote.

There are no minimum or maximum amounts of items you can send per month.

Your monthly fee will be automatically charged on the same day each month, starting from the date of your initial sign-up. Prep service billing will usually occur at the time of shipping to Amazon.

The prep centre software we use connects to your Amazon account to create the shipment to Amazon for you and be able to monitor your stock. Our team doesn’t usually require access, just the software (which makes your life easier).

Yes, we do pallets all the time.

We aim for 24 hours whenever possible. We guarantee it won’t take longer than 72 working day hours or your money back (meaning, if we are slow, your prep is FREE!)

We will always aim to turnaround your stock within 72 hours. Oftentimes it’s much quicker. The “72 hours turnaround or your money back” only applies to working days (Monday to Friday) and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Also, the 72 hour turnaround time guarantee only starts when we have received all of the items in a bundle as we can’t start prepping until all items of a bundle are received. If we exceed 72 hours on complex bundles, pallets or large difficult or time intensive orders the money back guarantee does not apply. The 72 hour guarantee does not apply during Q4.

Once your goods arrive with us they will go through a full inspection and any issues will be reported to you immediately with photos if necessary.

We contact you and let you know it’s damaged and ask whether you want us to photograph it and destroy it (most retailers will refund without asking for it back), return to you (at an additional cost) or return to the retailer. If you don’t tell us what to do with damaged stock we will dispose of it after 90 days. 

We use a unique software dashboard that gives you a real insight into where your prep is at, when it’s checked in, when it’s gone out etc.

We are happy to accept Amazon returns on your behalf, these are charged at 50p per unit, plus shipping costs if you would like these returning to yourself.

If you have products you would like returning to the supplier, following receipt by Skuific, you will be charged a flat rate of £2 plus the cost of a box and any applicable shipping.

Yes, if you sell on TikTok shop and want us to package, prep or bundle stock for their TikTok warehouse then we can do that, leaving you to do the sourcing, sales & marketing and leaving the manual work to us. Message us for more information.

95% of stock is prepped and out of the door within a couple of days but for times when you need it to stay with us longer we offer free storage for 30 days and then it’s just £3 per square meter per week after that.
